Windows 10 X64 Upgraded from Win 7 X64 12GB RAM All Win 10 Updates installed:

Tried to repair with this DISM command:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
it fails with Screenshot
So I downloaded and burned a Win 10 PRO X64 ISO USB and tried again with this command (Admin Command prompt):
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:WIM:G:SourcesInstall.wim:1 /LimitAccess
Same error as above screenshot
Can anyone help with this problem?
