    • Thanx to access-mdb for addressing the duplication issue.

Regarding the second part of the question, I’ve got all 60k file names in an Excel file with hyperlinks to all of the files. Is it possible to code (VBA, scripting, etc) it to open each file individually in Acrobat, run the OCR conversion in Acrobat, then save the converted file? I believe I could then use the Windows Explorer search tool to find words inside the files.

      Can you post an example?

I checked for malware (fixed). But the problem still occurs. I really don’t like the computer doing things on its own without my knowledge or permission.

Wow, I thought someone here would know. Thanx anyway for your time.

I’m still unclear on what you’re asking but based on your last post I think you want to expand the data table to include all the series plotted. It seems that the real estate used for the table is limited in size by Excel. Changing the font size permits more data to be displayed but then makes it unreadable. I would drop the data table and publish that separately directly from Excel. Another option would be to CAMERA the data into your CHART tab and simply turn on the legend.

Do you mean that you want the CO, NE, NM should be bar charted? If so this, select the “line” (series) you want as a bar chart, right click, then select chart type. If not, I’m unclear on what you’re looking for.

I replaced your data with a random number formula to better understand what was going on. Your lines were set to display on the secondary Y axis. I changed them to the primary Y axis.

No, I created the file in Excel 2003 on a Windows 7 machine.

Specifically, what “icons” are you trying to use? Can you post a manually generated example???

No, the only installed character set is English. I’m told (as this is a problem that a friend of mine is having) that the only way to clear the problem is to re-boot.

Can you explain through example what you’re trying to accomplish? I think I’m just a little thick-headed this morning.

      Yes, SP2 is installed.

I hadn’t tried setting a different default printer before, but just did with no change.

      Here’s a small sample.

The problem isn’t with the png (which is of a blueprint). I’m numbering all of the dimensions listed on the blueprint using INSERTSHAPEHEXAGON and adding text (in this case a number) within the shape. It’s the copying of the shape that’s taking a long time.
