Yes I use DirectCD.
I have tryied the Explorer, right-click and the Eject method. Does not work.
Plus there is no emergency manual-ejust hole on this CD.
I think perhaps you are right about DirectCD ‘grabbing’ it and wanting it to close. I use the CD for backing up files, and add to it from time to time. I am thinking of just using a CR-R each time and do a complete backup instead!!

FYI, there is a new group over at yahoo called irfanviewusers. It is new so not much traffic, but you can ask about the program and all the neat things they are making the thing do!

Used AVG for awhile, but then downloaded a up-date and it would crash on every start up. Finally went into Safe mode and uninstalled AVG and everything is oK. I reinstalled and the same thing. So went back to Mcafee
