A macro is probably not a good solution for my situation, but I am intrigued by the idea. How would a macro set a space below the table? IE. What is the code? I have done VB before, but haven’t noticed this property.

      Thanks!!

I am using Word 2007. Is there a way to add space after a table in table formatting? In other words, I don’t want to add space after a table by putting a blank paragraph. I want to just use table formatting as you can do in with css.

      Thanks!!

John, I never thought of that. I will give it a try! Probably won’t know for a few days if it works, but will try to remember to post back the results.

      Thanks!!

      Good to know, Tom!!

I guess what I am going to say next is just a gripe, but here goes. If you are in the Modify Style dialog box, and click Format and then click Font, it shows the current font selections for the style. If you click Format and Paragraph, it shows you the current paragraph settings for the style. Etc. Therefore, it stands to reason that if you go to Format and Numbering, it would show your current settings.

It would be especially beneficial to do so if you wanted to make a small change to the numbering of a style. As it is now, if you wanted to make such a change you would have to start from scratch and hope you got all the characteristics back in that you wanted to make the small change.

OK. Enough of my griping. Thanks everyone for the help!!

All that does is get me to a place where I can open the Modify Styles dialog box. I still find when I get to that box if I click Format and then Numbering that it does not show my current settings.

By default, you start in Mail, which means that the folder tree will only show e-mail folders. If you switch to Folder List, you’ll see all folders, including Contacts.

You can open a second .pst file by selecting File | Open | Outlook Data File…
Later, when you’re done with it, right-click it’s top level folder and select Close “(name)” from the popup menu (the actual name will be listed between the quotes).

Perfect!! Just what I needed. Thanks for the help!!

In Outlook 2003 & 2007, are you using an explorer view that shows the contacts folder?

Yes, I am using Outlook 2003. I am not entirely sure what you mean by “Explorer view”. How do I open two PSTs at once?

      Thanks!!
