I am having the same problem opening word documents in IE. Neither of these suggestions worked for me. Did you find one that worked on your station?

      Thanks.

Thanks for your reply but this would not work as I would like to show the original and final changes and this may not be the last person that changed it. In other words, I would like it to look like only one revision was made…Susan

I would like the document to show the original and everyone’s modifications in the last. i.e. just like this document was only edited once. We actually only want to see the changes on the table of contents with the page number of the original document and now the page number at the final revision. Currently pages changed 4 times will show all four strike outs.

Thanks for your responses. I am not sure how data consolidation works. However, I did find a solution that worked. I used concat(sheet1A1+sheet2A1+sheet3A1)etc. and dragged for formula through the entire summary sheet.

I can’t see this option in Windows 2000. Is this through windows explorer?

Hi Steve: I just had two questions relating to this macro. The first is, now I get an excel edit box every time I open the worksheet. How can I remove this? Second, I cannot remove or edit the macros once the file is saved. The edit and remove tabs are greyed out. Is there a way to remove this macro?

      Thanks..Susan
