Hi Hans: This works great for one email at a time but is there a way to set this as a default for all emails. I tried changing the settings in tools > options > Mail Format > compose in this message format: Plain text and Rich text, but this did not work.

Hi Hans..You can click on the phone book and select a distribution list when you select envelopes & mail labels, but it does not expand the list of names. Someone here said it worked in word 2000.

Hi Charlotte: Sorry it took me so long to respond. I could not get the reply to work. Kept bouncing me to my profile.
I reinstalled visual studio as administrator of the station to ensure I had all the rights I needed. It took 1 hour to install and I still get the error “project ‘docNETTextn’ could not be opened because the Microsoft Visual C# .NET compiler could not be created. Please reinstall Visual Studio”. This error came up after the installation (which had no errors) when I went to create a new windows project selecting C#.

I have one more question. This works great for text and dropboxes; however, I can’t seem to get check boxes to work. Is there a way to duplicate check boxes?

In word 2000 you can define all the options for tracked changes under Tools > Track Changes > Highlight Changes > Options. You can define inserted text, deleted text, changed formatting and changed lines. For example, you can set deleted text as a strikethrough with the colour white or inserted text as underline with the colour violet.
Does anyone know where to find this option in word XP?

Yes, this happens on all excel files when you click on them through windows explorer..Susan

It is associated to excel in explorer. I re-associated it again, but it still opens as a grey blank screen…Susan

Where do you find radio buttons?
