Thank you dear Hans ! Yes , now i have grouped the report by productid and i have got the right figures ! As you could see in the attachement everything is OK.
How could i sort these products with their grade in the ascending order ? I have tried to enter grade under productid in the sorting and grouping coloumn, but this gave no result.
My example here is with only one grade, but when i have different grades i need to sort the products in the ascending order of the grade

      Dear Hans
How can i automate the process ? I want to import the blank table and make a number for the first affiliate that is Lisbon, send the table, delete it, then go to the next affiliate that is
Madrid, perform the autonumber function , send the table then delete it, then go to the next affiliate and perform the same actions ? I cannot use the GoTo control method since there is only one control.

    • in reply to: control as a constant (Access 2000) #1036139

      Dear Hans,

Just to confirm that wht you said was true. This time i copied your code, pasted it and it worked without problems.I will use this function as a basis for a further function
      Thank you !

    • in reply to: control as a constant (Access 2000) #1036096

yes you are right. Now i removed it.I get now another error 91 object variable not recognized. But i wonder how should Access recognize if i click on the seocnd option, for affiliate 2,Madrid, where i set the rate to 400? I cannot find a way to choose between the different rates

    • in reply to: control as a constant (Access 2000) #1036092

Thank you. I have done so,but still i get the error object required. This is so, because i have diffenet rates for the affiliates,as you can see in the attachement and Access should know that i am choosing the fiirst option.
I wonder how could i design the table as to choose the first option, or some other option from the table, and that rate to be referred to that choise ?

    • in reply to: Combo box (Access 2000) #1034055

Thank you.My example was not right. I have mislead you, please apologize me. Actually the names of the customers and the clients should be different. They cannot be the same.So union query is all right but it is difficult for me do do i.Not only that, but the source of the form which is query1 is not right,i cannot build properly the query itself. If you want to issure an offer to either a customer or a client, peovidied that the names should not coincide, what method woud you use ?
What i want to achieve is to issue an offer from a list comprising both our customers and our clients.Up to now we were able to issue an offer only for a clent.

Thak you for your reply.I have changed accordingly the record source of the report. I have also a grave error somewhere in my command in the Cerificate button.I want to accomplish the following :
when i have orders, and i click say on order 6, i want to open the report for orders and to show the result as for example “order Nr 6”
When i open for invoices, and click on say invoice 25, the report must show “nvoice Nr 25”. But my report is blank in either cases. Can you help ?
