      Yes, it differs from user to user.
      I checked the open instruction, and is uses the /n.
      So this shuld overcome the problem.

      BTW, we use some programming in templates, maybe that could be the problem?

      To remove the line, do the following:
      – put the cursos just above the line
      – in the menu Format, Borders and shading
      – select on the tab Borders the setting None and press [OK]

      Thanks for the reply, but this will mean I have to do it manualy. I had hoped Outlook could do it automaticly (maybe using a macro, but I have not worked with macros in Outlook yet)

      Why don’t you use Data Validation List
      You could put all the catagories in the data validation list so the rep only has to select the correct catagory from the puldown list

      As far as I know, there is no direct way to copy P.D.Lists, but there is a trick:
      Send a test-mail to all the list members, including the colleague. Explane in this mail that the receiver can delete this mail.
      You colleague opens de mail and selects all names from the header. With [Ctrl][C] (it will copy the information).
      Then he/she creates a new P.D.list and in the screen where he/she selects the names from the list he/she clicks in the right panel and with [Ctrl][V] pastes all names in the panel.
      By pressing the [OK] button the list is created.
