Just have a look at Tools, Services
Klik the addresslist and press [Properties]

Here you could select the way addresses are shown in the list

Well…….The VB-program is written by an other company, so I have no idea what the VB-program is doing

So let say it is the code, then the solution is simple:
* Save the attachment first in a special folder
* In word open the attachment, save it via the VB-code close the file
* remove ones a week all attachment files from the special folder

We use Outlook 2000 SR1 and Word 2000 SR1
But the save routine is using a VB routine, maybe that could be the reason?

Could someone put an example document here, this sounds interesting, but I don’t understand what you are talking about

The conversion is only controled by the styles (heading 1 to 9). So by setting the correct styles before the conversion, PP will take the correct data in de presentation

It will work, because it is going from the bottom up

As far as I could test it, there is no way to remove the line.

But I have a trick to have a hyperlink without the line
* Just type your text
* Draw a rectangle over the tekst and set fill color and line color to none
* Select the rectangle and goto Insert Hyperlink and create the hyperlink

‘When running the presentation, the whole rectangle will be there as hyperlink, but you dont see it

(Test done in PP 2000)

You first 19K could be explaned because you first saved an empty file, and second a file with data, so PP problable stoes extra information, like color settings, page layout, handout info e.d.

If the Mailmerge data is only used on page 1, maybe you could only print those pages and print the other 1299 pages via the copymachine
