You can also reorganize your menus. If you are using classic start menu – right-click on start button and select properties | customized | advanced
If you are using XP default menu then go to: C:Documents and SettingsAll UsersStart Menu or C:Documents and Settingsyour_profileStart Menu
and organize under programs. I’ve created 5 general folders
      1- utilities
      2- applications
      3- Dev
      4- Media
      5- Internet
and have sub catorgorized under that – so my menu is fairly compact.

    • Go to control panel | add/remove programs | Microsoft Office – click ‘change’
Add or remove features (then you can click through all options here to install missing features.

See if this will help: free/busy
      [indent]

How to Set Limits for Publishing Free/Busy Time
On the Tools menu, click Options.
On the Preferences tab, click Calendar Options.
Click Free/Busy Options, and then enter the number of months in the future for which you want to publish the resource’s free/busy time.
      Click OK three times.

I am not sure where it is in 2000! You could try a detect & repair (go to help menu in Outlook and select detect & repair.)

      1. Close Outlook (check ctrl-alt-del to make sure no outlook.exe processes are running. If so – end process on outlook.exe until all instances are deleted.
I am also assuming that your operating system is 2000 or XP:
You will find outcmd.dat in C:Documents and SettingsyourusernameApplication DataMicrosoftOutlook
      Delete outcmd.dat

2 The systemtray envelope is a UDP packet from your mail server – so you will need to post the error source and ID number from your event logs for this error?
Go to start | run and type eventvwr.msc

      3. Copy/paste function – you may need an Office Repair. Go to control panel | add/remove programs — select MS Office and select remove (or repair) and follow the screen prompts. Then go to start | run and type sfc /scannow to check for bad system files.

    • Outlook 2000 renders HTML contents of the message by using the browser controls. So I think you should consider the possibility of this problem being an Internet Explorer problem as suggested above.

      IMHO

      Tools | Options | Preferences | E-mail Options | Advanced E-mail options:
Check the box to show an envelope icon in the system tray

Login as ‘local administrator’ and not with an account that only has administrative rights. Go to the Start Menu | Microsoft Office Tools and change the Language Settings to default to US. While still in local admin account see if the web page wizard works?

I posted something on another tech site about the Adobe profile – I’ll have to do a search for it – I’ll get back with the info by tomorrow night.
It would also be helpful to know what operating system you have?
