Thanks. I’ve tried that though. It works okay except that I then can’t “page down” to the next set of rows. When this spreadsheet was initially set up, we could just hit the “page down” key and go to the next set of rows, but that was on a different machine with a different resolution.

Yes I am using net folders for a shared contact list. However, that folder usually shows up with an “unread” contact. I find it throught the advanced find>show unread. When the envelope is showing up though, there are no “unread” contacts in the shared folder.

Thanks. I’ve heard about that feature. However, I also use FinePrint to print from other programs (Outlook, Excel, browser, etc.).

Thanks! That’s what happened. I changed my default printer from an HP printer to “FinePrint” which is a software utility that allows printing multiple pages of a document on a single sheet of paper. I checked and when “FinePrint” is selected the Courier font disappears. It then reappears if I select the HP printer again.

      Thanks again for the help!

Thanks! That helps. I’m looking for something that will look okay on a printout so I guess I’ll have to stick with Courier.

Thanks. I thought the MS Sans Serif, System, Fixedsys fonts might provide an alternative to the Courier font. I have a printout generated by a Visual Basic for DOS program and it is set up to use the Courier font. I thought there might be another font that looked better but that was not proportional (was a fixed width for each letter like Courier).

Thanks!! My first venture into VB programming and it worked. I’ve been there before, but never on purpose. Thanks again, it worked great.

Thanks. If it does not require too much detail, can you give me additional information on how to put this VBA code into the workbook. I’m not familiar with how the programming works. I’ve only recorded macros thus far.
