Unfortunately with 2003 even this does not seem to work – please has anyone tried Information Rights Management (which seems to be a button on the New Message toolbar now?)

The problem is the client currently uses groupwise which prevents these changes – they are moving to outlook 2003 and see this as a real threat!

I suppose the answer is that if the email is sent to anyone not using groupwise then this problem will be evident even if the originator is using Groupwise?!

Thanks for the input anyway – was clutching at straws on this one!

    • in reply to: list boxes (2000) #903574

      Thanks

I have a records of 565 products – I have set up a form with a list box that (thanks to some help from the lounge a while ago) allows more than one product to be selected and then I have a command button which runs a query which runs a report to show details of the products selected.

565 items is quite a lot of rows to scroll through and I was rather hoping I could display them on a form in say 4 columns –

It is not that I want to display more than one field – I want to display one field in more than one column!!!

If anyone has any bright ideas I would be eternally grateful!

Thanks that nearly gets me there – If I don’t want to archive anything else will this work just in this folder

i.e. if I don’t select anything in AutoArchive Setting in Options and just set this one folder to a 7 day delete will it still work please?

Photoshop wont open. Word, Excel wont save. Mappoint wont open a spreadsheet to import. I cannot open a file from Windows Explorer . When I try to open a file in excel I get a “read only” option – being told that someone else has the file open (this is a stand alone pc so very strange). I have a 20 gb hard disc and 6 plus gb is free – this is from selecting c: drive properties. No I have no hidden partitions (I have a separate hard drive where I store most of my data and my archive Outlook. I have run checkdisk and defrag – but interestingly when I try to run disk clean up it hangs at temp files and I have been unsucceful at running this.

Yes I did do a virus check before I binned it!

I am totally at a loss on this one. But I want to avoid having to reformat my hard drive.

      Cheers
