AskWoody LoungerJune 6, 2003 at 4:33 pm in reply to: Synchronizing EST – Daylight Savings Time (Outlook 2002) #683334Thanks John — yes, I went back and reset them. And actually — I changed my computer settings so it would NOT adjust for daylight savings time. I can go do that manually like I do all the other clocks in the house and thus avoid this issue. Thank you!

AskWoody LoungerThank you all for your suggestions and your help! The formula that Legare Coleman gave me is the one that gave me the desired result. I wanted to know if something had been typed previously — was what I typed a new client or an existing one. That formula gave me that information — thank you, thank you! Now I just have to figure out why it does that!

AskWoody LoungerJuly 27, 2001 at 6:10 pm in reply to: Outlook 2000 – Select Names for New Email (Outlook 2K – SR1) #535006Thank you but this isn’t the issue. I see the address list when you click on “to.” However, the names listed are the company names — rather than the people’s names. I see “ABC Company” rather than “Joe Smith.” Thanks!

AskWoody LoungerThat option is selected. They just aren’t going to sent messages! One “small” detail that I may have neglected to mention — this person had the normal “Outlook Today – [Mailbox – Bob User]” AND had a personal “Mailbox – Bob User” on his workstation. We eliminated the personal mailbox and now it seems that the sent messages has disappeared.

AskWoody LoungerThanks Patricia — that will be our final solution to the problem!

WSposy88888
AskWoody LoungerI’m sorry if I’m a little slow. If I understand you correctly — this means that we can NEVER send out of office mail to an internet address? Only to internal email addresses. Is that true?
Thanks! -

AskWoody LoungerBeautiful! Thank you thank you!
Have a good weekend. -

AskWoody LoungerIt won’t let me do that. Under “which condition(s) do you want to check” I have selected “sent to people or distribution list.” When I click next it says “A value in the ‘Rule description’ box has not been set. To set a value, click the underlined words at the bottom of the Rules Wizard.” Am I missing something?
Thanks for your quick reply!
