      Hello Greg,

If that 3rd user logs on from one of the other machines, does it still happen?
Or if the other two users log on the machine of user 3, what is happening then?
So… is it a machine problem, or a user problem?

      Thanks Hans,

I’m not sure if the section break will work this way…
but I’ll give it to our programmer.

      sorry Wendell,

      Yes it is Access 97.
But the table used for the merge is a flat table

      Hello Wendel,

      Thanks for your reaction.
The database looks something like this:

      | maincomp | subcomp | Adres | … |
      | 1 | 1 | … | … |
      | 1 | a | … | … |
      | 1 | b | … | … |
      | 2 | 2 | … | … |
      | 2 | a | … | … |

So when printing information as long ‘maincomp’ is 1 all the information of sub ‘a’ en ‘b’ must be printing on two sided pages. If ‘maincomp’ and ‘subcomp’ are equal the record should not be printed but the next print MUST be on a new paper.

I hope this will make any sense.

      Hello,

I was just wondering, the only real differance between the two machines is that on PC 2 Acrobat distiller is installed. Does this program changes the Word enviroment?

      Hello Ron,

      Thanks for your reaction.
The Word file came from a diskette and the two lines showed up on the screen and om paper (same printer, same driver)

      Hi Marco,
Your reaction is funny, because the file created on PC 1 was put to PC 2 to make a PDF of it laugh

      Mark,

      That’s …..
The provider is using Unix, and I suppose there is on Unix machines notting like ASP, is there?

    • in reply to: Autotext #594849

      BTW Mark,

To make this work, does the provider to have ASP active or something?

    • in reply to: Autotext #594847

      Thanks Mark,

Now I will start learning about ASP pages.
Every day new things in live
