Now I have the following:
When changing text in the document, so it had 6 pages but now 4, the fields are not automaticly updated, I have to go to the footer, select it and hit [F9] to solve that.
Is there a way to automate it?

The document was attached to the email.dot template. By removing the template the menu options returned.

By exchange I meant the Exchange server (sorry)
And, yes I know of the files size limitations, But these files where sent to clients How often receive lager files, so No problems there

And maybe I should be more clear. The receipients recieve the mail but no attachment at all.

Thanks for the reply, but it is not possible to select the sections in the pagerance settings.

But I just found the sollution…. Select the pages I need and in the print dialog slected ‘Selected’ to print.

Yes, I see the real problem.
The deffinition of this textbox is set that the Vertical distance from text = 17cm.

The boxes are only used for positioning the text, but thanks for the advise.

Many thanks for your effort,
Your sollution will work for this document, but I see now that the problem must be caused by the template of this document.
The template opens a windows to fill in the data and stores the data in the textboxes.

So we should get to the guy who created the temp and he should take a look in it.
