If I remember right the battery is up inside the leg of the chair. Its dark so look carefully. I think it was on the right side of the chair. To read the note just click the X at the lower right of it in your items. This will open it up and then you can click on the actual note to open it and read it. I’m still stuck trying to open the 2nd key up. Translating the die to a 9 key pad is something I just cant seem to figure out. HELP!!! LOL

I found the battery on the right side of the chair. Not on the chair but sitting in the corner of the molding next to the chair. Hope this helps

Another problem solved?
Lost my inventory when I selected ‘continue’ on a restart. I’m using IE and changed to Virtual XP. Now my inventory has returned! Will try Chrome with Windows 7 and see what happens.

Hmmm. I must be doing something wrong.

When I find an object and click on it, it disappears, never to be seen again. Other posters talk of seeing their inventory and using objects, but I can’t figure out how to do that. I’ve pressed every key on the keyboard and still cannot find an object, much less use it.

For instance, I get the key and go to the picture, but nothing I have tried will use the key on the lock.

Help.

I just continued the game and seemed to have lost my inventory. Where did it go?
