AskWoody LoungerJanuary 23, 2004 at 6:31 pm in reply to: Question on Folder Properties, different types (XP Home SP1) #773121I always thought of the Photo Album folder template as a placeholder for more sophisticated things to come in later versions. As it is, I don’t think there are any differences.

Microsoft provides a conversion utility on the Windows XP CD. Look under i386win9xmigfaxawdvstub.exe. Run it with no command line arguments to get its options. Use the /c command-line switch to convert an AWD file to a TIFF file.
If you want to run Awdvstub.exe from your local machine, rather than from the CD, you’ll also need to copy Faxtiff.dll.
[/indent] Look at this page .

AskWoody LoungerAuto-numbering without indentation:
Select the text, go to Format>Bullets and Numbering>Numbered, select the first template, click on Customize and adjust Aligned at (in your document that would be 1,25) and Indent at 0.But: Auto-numbering only applies to successive paragraphs. In your document there are paragraphs “in-between”. If you replace the paragraph marks with manual line breaks you won’t have any indentation for the next line (see Attachment). So manual numbering is the better solution, especially if you have so few items you want to number.
Hope it helps you,

AskWoody LoungerJanuary 22, 2004 at 11:43 am in reply to: Spell check — unrequested language change (Word 2003) #772200It sometimes happens to me, and usually I can work around it by selecting the whole document with a and resetting the language. I also uncheck the option “Detect language automatically”.
I put it down to my frequent changes of keyboard language, but obviously this doesn’t apply to you. Nevertheless, it could have something to do with the keyboard drivers.Oana
