There isn’t a small *blurb* of code or something I can enter somewhere on either my forms or my queries?

Wendell, love your ideas, I will definitely try them. Instead of tables though, could I use queries? I don’t really want to split those tables. I’ll try the query thing….how do you *define* a subform? The only time I’ve seen it is when I create forms from two tables…..could I just edit the autoform? Either way, whatever works/whatever suggestions you have I will definitely try. – Thanks!

      What is an RWOP query?

To rename a module just open the Project and Properties windows, select the module, and in the Properties Window, type in a new name. Check out the view menu, it should give you at least some of the info you’re looking for. I’m not sure of the basic exceptions…

Are you asking something like if the info already exists that it automatically pulls up all the info on that record? And if it doesn’t exist you just continue to enter data?

Couldn’t you set it as some sort of key that doesn’t allow duplicates?

Yikes! Sorry, it was a simple error though….all I was doing was using the wrong linked field in my form….I needed to use the linked field from my secondary table, the one I want to allow multiple occurrances in.
