I have the same router and I’ve not had a problem. Have you done a reset to factory default setting and then follow the directions as listed in the manual. Sometimes we get impatient and miss a simple step. Jerry had good ideas to try.

I’m not familiar with Bando but I had Qone that I had problems removing. I followed all recommendations but nothing. I decided to do a restore point and that solved my problem. The virus got in by tagging on a download I suspect. I did not download a critical program to get it and now all is well. My solution was simple and no aggravation.

I’ve read through the 2 pages and did not see or missed it about replacing the video card? The signal going to the monitor is what the monitor will show.

    • Sometimes if you right click on the program, it will ask you to run as adminstrator and it will then install properly.

My concern is the inability to migrate the Office Suite to a new computer in as much as you paid for it. The terms should be adjusted.

    • in reply to: HP all in one printer problem #1280313

I’ve read the posted replys and none mentioned if bob was using the latest software program from HP for his “All-in-one”. Windows 7 has a list of drivers for HP Printers. I have a C7280 and loaded my driver from in Windows 7 and then installed the software listed as HP Solutions. The Win 7 driver let me use duplex printing along with other HP Solutions features.

I’d make a copy of the pst file and save it if you want to re-install Outlook. I had a problem with a All-in-One HP printer as I couldn’t do duplex printing as I did previously. I’m not sure how a Brothers works. With the HP I right clicked on the printer icon to get properties, listed in the drop down menu was printer properties, clicked on it and the next screen brought a group of optiions, click on devices and made sure to click on duplex print if your printerdoes duplex printing and close.
