Thanks, Chris. I have just finished tailoring the document so that it doesn’t contain any sensitive information so I could send it to you and, would you believe it, I can’t get it to error anymore. I’ll try and put together a less cut-down version that still errors and will post it here.

Thanks, I’ve tried that and it hasn’t come up with any errors. The problem is that Outlook keeps crashing and removing the .pst file stops this happening. It was working fine yesterday. Any ideas? I thought about compressing it but the size hasn’t increased that much since it last worked.

Thanks they were interesting sites. Unfortunately I now know everything there is to know about VRML except how to view it!

All I know is that they are VRML files which is some kind of language for creating 3D image files. I don’t have any applications associated with it and don’t know how they were created. I guess it’s not really an Office query after all…

I can cope with WRI files! I need to know how to open a WRL file. Any ideas?
