      Hi Steve,
Thanks for that, the site is very useful and has some things I never considered before. But it doesnt quite address the problem I’m trying to resolve, as I’m a bit stuck on how to breakown the doctor/schedule part. Its messing my brain up brickwall

      Hi Hans,
Ok, I tried doing that, and no luck. I think i’m doing something wrong. Your right, its not a subform, but a popup one. I’ve tried various other
ones from my access 2000 book by Alison Balter.
i’ve attached the db, basically just open frmCustomers, and click edit to activate the form, and press View Special Rates. This is the link to the frmSearchSpec.
Your help on this is much appreciated.

Zone in tblManifest would be retrieved from tblZoneList, it could also be added into frmManifest if need be. In frmManifest, ‘Content’ is the same thing as ‘Type’.
Apologies for the confusion in the data, I was experimenting with queries to see which works best. Only to leave me baffled.
As my design flaw has lapsed and need assistance on it. Please help me.
yep, your right, 0.5kg is correct.
      Regards
      Mark

Because tblServiceZone is where the data would be retrieved in future. I have to do an autopopulate, so the user doesnt have to type in all the details. State is an optional field, its hardly used but I have to put it there. (ie state is not different from terminal, zone and Town.
