it was avg fee i got it out

i tried 4 times to install on my windows 10 it downloaded fine. installing went to 2% then erred out
4 microsoft techs couldnt get it to install.
waiting on anorher higher level tech to call today

well ms support had me reset pc after all trouble shooting didnt find anything wrong:mad: slow to boot but everything’s working

i am signed in and i uninstalled and reinstalled but thank you for trying to help

called microsoft i was in chalanges thats set to 1 car at a time but in regular klondike was fine thank you all

yes on 10, when i was running win 7 pro i never had to use password went right to home screen. when i updated to 10 i had to put pin in.
now on restart i have to put in a pin

go to all apps (start and open all apps then click on windows system

If you mean favorites in Edge you can drag them to re-order. That is the only method of re-ordering currently available.

Did you check Windows Update?
The reason I ask is that I have been waiting and just happened to check Windows Updates this morning and there it was. “Windows 10 is ready for installation”. I clicked on it and it took approx. an hour and went smoothly.
