AskWoody LoungerIs this related to an issue with the Lounge?
You’ve not really got the hang of this Scuttlebutt thing, have you Tony

AskWoody LoungerTry going View-Toolbars-Drawing, then right-click on an empty bit of the toolbar and selecting customize in the drop-down (this is for Word 2000 and from memory – no MSOffice on this PC). When the customize dialogue is up, right-click the Crop button.
Sorry if this all incredibly obvious to you

AskWoody LoungerActually, I think that Samantha’s correct (at least in Word 2000). Customize the toolbar, right-click the image and select “copy button image” I would upload my image if the server wasn’t borking on it.

AskWoody LoungerSorry to keep on about this, but Amazon etc has always worked fine for me using Opera.
In the interests of full disclosure I have to state that there are some sites that don’t work with Opera, but not as many as there used to be…

AskWoody LoungerHave a look at this kb article and see if that helps

AskWoody LoungerI suspect that Honu’s PC is looking for a recovery partition that doesn’t exist any more.
Are there any “Press your key of choice to recover” style messages flashing past also?

AskWoody LoungerHave you looked in IE security settings in Internet options? There a couple of activex-related thingies in there…
Edited: ooh, a simulpost there. Sorry

AskWoody LoungerI thought that to install wirelessly it had to be started as a wired connection
I think that Rebel means that you should do your “housekeeping” – update antivirus and operating system etc – while connected with an ethernet cable, then when everything there is ok, disconnect the cable and go ahead with your wireless setup.

AskWoody LoungerA quick peek at “View”->”Headers”->”All” in Thunderbird 2.0.0.24 for a message sent here (work) from home, seems to show the originating IP address. At least it’s an IP address belonging to my ISP (so I assume it’s the originating address) rather than the mail server that sent the mail.
So I suggest looking at full headers or message source.
