Also, I have another question. I was looking for utilities on net that would do this but couldn’t find anything. I did find, however, a lot that “fixed” the links. Do they “fix” the links when I send them to another person and they put them in a different folder structure than i what I use. Sometimes the links get broken or they have to relink to their new folder structure. Do these utilities “fix” that problem? Thanks

This is working great! Is there a way to keep the same number formatting when it puts the numbers in the ppt file? Some are whole numbers, some are percents and it’s putting them in a decimals. Is there a way to copy the formatting so whatever i format in Excel will carry over to ppt. Thanks a lot.

What if i have windows vista 64-bit? I am having a lot of problems with old vba macros on my new pc that uses vista 64 bit. I keep getting the 2147319779 for powerpoint library not being registered even though it is in the vb editor. I still use office 2003.

oh, sorry. D1 is the source to S1. I’m trying to change the references for all the S1 charts (worksheets S1 to S32) from D1 to D2, D2, D4 etc.

yes, i do use his add-in but I don’t understand where I would put this extra column – the “Helps me manage my $$” since the x and y values are accounted for. Where would i put the value for this third column?

sorry, another question. What if I want the data labels to show up “Helps me manage my $$” next to the marker/logo? I tried to include that in the source but then it there are too many variables.

something like this, with 2 colored markers, one colors pink for store1 and the other yellow for store2.

But instead of pink squares i want to use the logo for store1 and isntead of yellow triangles i want to use store2’s logo.
