in the criteria of the query

just set the query feeding the chart to use the pull down menu as the criteria for the query

you could put code in the onclick of the combo box
to do the same as the command button
it would save a click

i don’t know about creating a combo box with vba
but you can set the row source of a combo box with vba
combo1.rowsource = some query or some sql

why not do a select query and set the field criteria to the forms combobox

I’ll give it a try later just to see if it will work with a cd
the database will only be used for showing the types of
data we record. So the read only should not be a problem

does this mean you are going to have 79 command buttons
i usually have a list box to pick and choose from with the results
going to a hidden text box then i requery using the text box as criteria for the query
on the chart if you are having trouble getting the % in the chart just right click on the chart
and go to properties the sql for the rowsource is there for % values just format the fields
something like this
SELECT Null AS Expr1, Format([%PASS],”0%”) AS PASS, Format([%HOB],”0%”) AS HOB,
that will keep the format as percent

what kind of problems are you having in your graphs

can we see the code you are using

try using
NZ[field name]

i would remove the modem and uninstall the drivers reboot
then shut down and replace the modem in the unit then reload the drivers

have you tried datediff

have you tried it without the iif part and without the second datediff part or the third datediff part
if i understand what you want it isn’t needed

let us see the code you wound up with

do you really need the iif part
