Thanks to all. Replacing the sticky space worked, and now I have a macro to do it.

Thank you, but neither method worked. The issue seems to be the numbers coming from the web. I copied them again and pasted directly into Excel, and the same thing happened. When I creat a formula, e.g., sum a column, I get a 0. Also, for instance, when I tell excel to treat the numbersas currentcy, it does not add $ signs.

I have attached a sample. I took it from the bank’s web site, saved it in Excel. (I wanted to do it directly from the web, but one can’t post an htm file.)

      Thanks again,
      Michael

Well, thanks for all the help! I got myself a Margi Presenter-to-Go insert for my Jornada 568, and it all works like a charm. Now I don’t have to drag my laptop to work everyday, just my Pocket PC. Neat.

      Thanks,
      Michael

Thanks for the help. I went back and loaded from my PC to my PDA category by category. One category was causing the trouble. I noticed that two contacts in there had attachment signs, but no apparent attachment. Deleting both made everything run smoothly.

      Thanks.

Can’t someone help me here??? What is WFWRDK2.dot?? Can I delete it without causing the collapse of the Western world??

There’s a template, WFWRDK2.dot that contains macros that’s upsetting Word, And the only place that is listed in “trust sources” is Adobe.

I don’t think so. I use a lot of rules aimed to sort mail into various folders when I send them to specific people. They all end up marked as unread. OTOH, if I use the Options alternative and select a different file for the individual letter [i.e., not Sent,] then it is marked as read.

All this is prefaced by a large I Think, as I haven’t run careful tests.

Thank you! The speech recognition part worked fine. But, I still get a message:

“The macros in this project are disabled…” whenever I close OL.

    • in reply to: Several Note Pages per page? (XP) #563445

Ok, OK – how’s this for a work around I figured out.
      1. got to Master – Notes view and set Font for notes to 24 pt minimum
      2. go toPrint, properties, and select 4 pages per sheet.
      3. Bingo the slides are small but the notes are readable.

Very useful when traveling and you don’t want bulky sheets of paper, and provided your notes are not too lengthy.

To answer my own question, you need to set your laptop for Dual Monitor View. If your laptop supports dual monitors, then you can do it. There’s a clever article on it at: http://www.powerpointanswers.com/article1026.html

Just to add that a qucik way to get to the performance data is a single Ctrl-Alt-Delete, then click on the Performance tab.

Thanks, but it is on; has been as that was in the Belkin instructions. It seems as if I don’t really have a group.
