AskWoody LoungerI have the form open by using a button on a menu. I have it set in the db’s security to only alow certain users the ability to open the form. What I would like is if a user does not have access to the form another form opens showing the user other options. I have that form created I would just like it to open only for those users that or exculded from opening the secured form.

AskWoody LoungerYour right on Wendell. I do store the names in seperate fields. I may have confused the issue. Fullname is the concatenated field.

AskWoody LoungerMarch 27, 2003 at 2:50 am in reply to: Mapping a shared drive On open of a form (Access 2000) #664215The UNC is sever1FS_ADM_Data_06$. I need the user to map to this when they open the form. This where the main table for the form is located. Does this make sense?

AskWoody LoungerThanks for the advice. Hans the front end is instaled on each users hard drive. Is that a problem? Is it better to leave it on the server?

AskWoody LoungerI think your on the right track Patt. I really need to import an .HTM file into a table in access. I thought I could use a dialog or input box to select the file.
