Thanks a lot.

I did try the code, but when I click “search” button the following message pops up “Cmplie error: Method or data member not found.”
As I open main menu, the subform also appear with blank. I would like subform disappear unless I click ” Search button”.

Form is the source of the report instead of table.

Sorry for unclear information. Yes, table have employee and phone number. But the source of the report is from the form. And there’s only employee list box on the form.

I am import a text format file to access table, then I need add one field in the table. However there are the data of this field are the same, that’s why I am tring to find a shortcut to paste the same data to whole column instead of paste one by one.

Any suggestions, I really need add the data to this field in order for me to run the report. It will be really help if you can help me with some shortcut because there are around 75,000 columns in this field.
