Have you tried all the scanning progs you mentioned in Safe Mode? I’m not saying it will cure the problem, but certainly worth a try.

I’m not a technical wizard, but I had the BSOD problem with my new Dell N5110 Inspiron i7 laptop. The problem would occur at random times and, as you well know, was very annoying and puzzling. When the laptop crashed I would reinstall the prog I had been using to see if that resolved the problem, No joy there. I ran all the memory tests I’d seen mentioned on sites like this. No joy again.

Just by chance I wondered if IE9 was the problem. IE9 had been open or recently-used each time a crash occurred. I removed it and ran IE8 with no problems! Just to test the theory I reinstalled IE9 and the problem returned. I no longer use IE, much preferring Chrome anyway, and haven’t had a single BSOD in 3 months.

I know this isn’t a fix, but it may give you peace of mind as you continue to research your pc problem.
