Thanks for taking an interest Rory.

I would like it to be green if it is between 81% and 89%

Amber if it between 75% and 80% or 90% and 95%

Red if its less than 75% or greater than 95%.

      Thanks in advance

      Emily

      P.S.
It seems there is a bit of an error in the formulas in the attachment in that for red it says less tha 60% or more than 95%. This still doesn’t account for 96% showing as amber (I think).

      Thanks again

      Cheers Hans,
All the letters in the document have different content so I would like to know how to loop through the fields unless its a major pain.
      The labels I am using are Avery A4 & A5 sizes L7163.

The problem is that each of our clients has a particular code which the tax office uses.
We have set up precedents for each of our clients with this code on each document.
I think what happened is that a secretary copied across one of the precedents for use with a different client and forgot to change to code and then sent the document to the tax office and then there was all sorts of problems.
I am just guessing that this is what happened.
In this case, I think that using protect document sections will work to prevent this problem from happening again (as it wasn’t malicious, just a mistake).
I will be locking the name of the client and the code amongst other things. So protecting the document will work – you couldn’t accidentally unprotect the document right??

Thanks for all the interesting discussion,
      Emily
