      Just Format the cell using Fraction style. You have a choice of detail. The roll your own form is # ???/???.

      Try TRIM()
      “Removes all spaces from text except for single spaces between words.”

      Try the old fashioned “eq” field {EQ F(7,8)}. (Of course use Insert>Field or Ctrl+F9 to enter the brackets.)

      One of the plusses with PowerPoint and connectors is the ability to select all of the connectors and then choose Reroute connectors on the Drawing Toolbar. It does a creditable job of lining up spaghetti.

      Click on Options for the OA. Deselecting “Using Features more effectively” will hold Mr. Clippet at bay.

      Take a look at the MS Press Step by Step Series. They have a book on Word VBA and another focused on Excel. I found them very useful to getting started.

      I agree! I also don’t like the use of Me or My in VBA

      No way to change the name (yet). It appears to be a default folder in Windows 2000; like “My Documents”. Here is a quote from the Windows 2000 Professional Product Facts:
      “My Pictures

      Within the My Documents folder is a folder, My Pictures, that makes working with images easier. Using My Pictures, the user can view and work with image files without having to open an image-editing application. For example, the Image Preview feature displays a full-resolution representation of the image. The user can view the image either as a full-screen window or scaled to actual size, and they can also zoom in and out to see details. If the picture or image is stored on a drive that uses the NTFS file system, the user can also enter text descriptions of picture attributes, such as title, subject description, or category.”
