AskWoody LoungerHi Wendel,
Started reading some of my old posts, and found this one 12 months old to the day.
Problem has still not been solved. Have even resorted to freeware third party options, but these cause HTML currency formatting problems when balance is negative.Would be interested in looking at some code, as issue has raised its head again with Australia Post increasing cost of postage stamps.
Also need to attach a pdf document (same for all recipients), and have been unable to do this from word. Thanks in advance.

AskWoody LoungerI saw that but because it dealt with amounts rather than dates, I ignored it. Will investigate. Thanks

WSDevious Dude
AskWoody LoungerWell in that case you can’t be all bad.
Thanks again

AskWoody LoungerJohn & Hans,
John you were correct. It works fine now.

WSDevious Dude
AskWoody LoungerAhh John, I was premature with my comments to Hans.
Many thanks. Has altered my view of Victorians. LOL

AskWoody LoungerThanks Hans, speedy reply as always. You are right, its dumb.

AskWoody LoungerI can only say that I like Office 2007. The only downside is that at present if I wish to send a file to someone I need to know if they have Office 2007, otherwise I need to save in 2003 format. This can be a bit of a pain. All in All. I grew to like it.

AskWoody LoungerThanks Dave, Exactly what I was looking for.

AskWoody LoungerThanks again Hans, knew it was there somewhere.

AskWoody LoungerThanks Hans,
Had already set form to default, but thanks for link anyway. Have downloaded third party software (which was free), and will run it when I get home from work tonight.
Once again thanks, I put money on the fact that it would be you who would reply with an answer.

AskWoody LoungerThanks Dave, I suspected as much. Yes my ISP does have Webmail. But it does not have a lot of Outlook’s functionality. I was hoping that just pointing to the .psp file on the Desktop would work OK, but was reluctant to try this until seeking advice. Do you know of any Outlook sync programs that might solve my problem?

AskWoody LoungerThanks to both John and Hans. I will try both solutions. I had read about RTF in Access 2007, but as a new feature was unsure. It may have possibilities. John’s solution also looks elegant in its simplicity.
Hans, you have helped me more than you know over the last few years, and I don’t just mean replys to my posts. Reading other’s solutions has also helped. If you ever travel down under, the Beer is on me.
