Set the criteria in the Renewal Date field to <=#01/11/2006# and that should do the trick (it should remove the blanks as well).

Thanks Hans. The reason I thought it would work by defining the “From” is because that is what I do in Outlook when I send e-mails from the public folder I created. I set the “From” to visible and then select the mailbox I set-up and when the receipient receives the e-mail, it states it’s from my folder and not from me or from my behalf.
      As always, thanks a bunch!!

      Hi Charlotte,
I didn’t find any posts under CreateNamespace and the other post I looked for no longer exists. I have access to a public e-mail box and am hoping there’s a simple way in Access 2003 to send my Access generated e-mail from my public e-mail box (FieldControls2@AnyCorp.com) as opposed to my personal folder. Any other direction would be appreciated.
      Thanks!!

Thanks Hans…I think the loop route is the way I’ll go…I just wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing another approach.

Also, FYI – that Red, Yellow, Green status code you helped me with is working wonderfully. We’ve been swamped with the rollout and it’s all coming together and I credit you for helping bridge a gap too wide for my skills.
      Have a great night!!

    • in reply to: Stauts Challenge (V2002) #1000891

Thanks Hans…I’m sorry I wasn’t more clear. Again, I truly appreciate it, I can’t tell you how much easier the code will make things for me and I appreciate all your help!!

      Hello Hans,
I can’t thank you enough…that fantastic string of code replaces my lengthy series of IIF( statements. I tested 100 scenarios and everything tied out perfectly except one. I worked long and hard trying not to bother you but to no avail. The attached form contains one record that is calc coded Green when it should be coded Red. Please don’t spend much time on this but any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

In your rptCheckList and rptExperience, add Task as a third field in your Sorting and Grouping and this should do the trick.

    • in reply to: TextBox (2003) #1000765

Are you referencing this in the record source of the report or form? Maybe drop a boiled down version so we can have a peek.

    • in reply to: TextBox (2003) #1000762

What is the current control source of the text box?

    • in reply to: Stauts Challenge (V2002) #1000171

We picked this design up from another set-up and changing it would require modifying a lot of other areas (of which we don’t control). I am trying to convince them to relinquish the other areas and allow us to change everything at once but now our hands are tied. Therein lies the complexity and the challenge.
      Thanks,
      Dashiell

    • in reply to: Print to multiple .pdf files in VBA (2002) #999991

Could you use snapshot format? That always seems the easiest format to use for Access reports and would allow you to simply modify your *.RTF export code.

      Beautiful…I truly appreicate it Hans!

    • in reply to: Importing MYOB Tables (Access 2003) #998980

Based on Charlotte’s response, I imagine the table names are static and you may or may not be able to modify the table data (depending on your ODBC connection). I’ve linked to QuickBooks tables using ODBC and keep the links present. I can then update resident tables using action queries and I can also write to the QB tables directly. If you use the static linked table to drive resident tables, that would be your best bet.

      Hans,
We’re running 2002 but are developing in v2000 (sorry, I should have noted that). Since we have a couple of Access 2000 users, is there a way to adapt the code for them?
      Thanks!
