No firsthand experience, but I’m a girl who loves to Google….

Check out this link http://www.pestpatrol.com/PestInfo/o/overnet.asp%5B/url%5D ; of particular note is the “Clot Factor.” Looks like it comes with a bunch of spyware that may be difficult to remove, should you ever choose to do so.

And, for what it’s worth, my only experience with P2P stuff like this has been negative. My 2

Have you downloaded the Legal User’s Guide from the MS website? Check it out here. Chapter 6 addresses Tables of Authorities. It’s the one source we’ve found and employed that we haven’t thought to be worthless.

ETA – Apologies Hans – same document, different location shrug

Hmm….well, here’s a 5 letter perfect word but I admit I had to cheat to find one of the words on the list:

      Lakes:
      Cakes
      Likes
      Lanes
      Lakhs
See Here for more info on this word
      Laker

Just realized I didn’t offer much in the way of options – if you ARE interested in trying out some OCR software, I recommend PaperPort. We currently use PaperPort Deluxe 8 (SP1) with HP ScanJet scanners – combined, they do a decent job compared to others.

While OCR has come a long way, it still has a way to go. We use it in the office for scanning of documents into Word files. But, the margin of error is high in a Word document. I shudder to think what might happen with numbers, formulas, etc. You suggest that what you have is a form – OCR is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL at recognizing shapes and lines – anything other than straight text and it is not reliable. You’ll probably end up reformatting more than you imagined.

Perhaps a good course of action would be to invest a bit of time now to create your Excel template manually. I guarantee it will save you time in the long run – the possibility of error in an OCR conversion to Excel seems to me to be too great, and might prove difficult to pinpoint “down the road.”

But didn’t the rubber ball melt in the still-molten rock? Guess that made the game a little more interesting laugh

The “foam” stuff must be a new addition – we had dirt/mud (depending on the weather). I remember one time I was crawling on a jungle gym and got the bright idea to stand up on the very top – where the hole is to get down through. I slid, caught my chin on one of the bars, then landed in a pile of mud. Still have a scar on my tongue where I bit it when I hit the bar…..fun times! groovin
