      The c drive is 3.2 gb and has 1.6 gb available space before I start using Word or other apps.

      I have those converters and filters loaded and it still didn’t convert the Works file. Hummmm….Interesting why Microsoft products aren’t supported by other MS products. Other ideas….

      Things seemed to work fine for awhile with the cleanreminders. But the problem keeps returning and now running cleanreminders doesn’t work. Any other ideas. Thanks….

      I can’t run cleanreminders. Get a message saying it can’t find the one or more components. We are running Exchange Server—does the admin have to do this or the individual user.

      I’ve tried the suggestions you sent. I must be misreading MS intent because I’m attempting to play a cd track in a PPT presentation. The applications acts like it can’t find the cd to play the track I have chosen. Still stuck….

      That changes the Preview Pane and not the contents of the incoming message. I need the message font changed.

      We just upgraded from Office 97 to Office 2000. Should I not assume that the fonts didn’t change that much. Doesn’t word look for the closest match in fonts loaded on the computer. Why would that change a new document and have oddball fonts appear in a new document? Sooooo many questions. Carol
