Thanks for that…it looks quite easy. I have done quite a lot of programming in VBA but never to control the output of an Access report.

I’m not sure but I think what you are trying to do isn’t available for a cross-reference. You can use a bookmark to create an index entry to a range of pages but I think your best bet is the two bookmark option you outlined. See page (bookmark1) to (bookmark2)

Thanks for that…I thought I had fiddled around with all the likely possibilities.

It might be worth using the object browser (the dot button between the page up/down arrows on the scroll bar. You can select between several types of objects including fields – it looks like {a}. From experience the object browser will scroll from field to field, it even stops at fields which do not appear in any other form.
