I haven’t actually tried to do this because I’m not connected to a colour printer. But here’s what I think you do:
      1. Turn on the Reviewing toolbar.
      2. Click the highlighter pen and choose the colour you want.
      3. Drag it over the comments.
I think the colour stays yellow on the screen, but if you go to Print Preview it should show up as the new colour. (i.e. the way it will print)

Overall though, I think it’s easier to use comments along with Track Changes.

      Good luck,

      Cynthia,

I think your friend has AutoFit Text/Best Fit switched on. Click inside the text frame. Then go to the Format Menu — AutoFit Text and see if Best Fit is highlighted. I’m guessing that clicking None will solve the problem.

      Hope this helps.

      Andy,

Unless I’ve misunderstood what you want to do:
      1. Click Forward on the Standard toolbar.
      2. Click the To… button
      3. Choose the Distribution List from the Contact List and click OK.

Try this link to the Microsoft Knowledge Base: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?…b;en-us;Q301221%5B/url%5D
You probably will have to download the latest service pack.

      Try this link. http://www.mvps.org/publisher/xpsp1details.htm%5B/url%5D
I use Publisher 2000, so I haven’t run into this issue. But it looks like there could be a problem with Publisher 2002 and certain colour schemes. You might also want to check Tools/Options/General tab and make sure that you’ve checked Preview fonts in Font List.

      Good luck,

      Teresa,

For what you’re trying to do, it sounds like using the Quick Launch area of the Taskbar would work just as well, but I’m not familiar with Win XP. In Win 98 or ME, you just need to drag an icon (shortcut) from the desktop to the area of the Taskbar to the right of the Start button.
      Hope this helps.

You can use the PlaceBar Customizer on the WOPR CD-ROM. It’s available free with Special Edition Using Office 2000 by Woody and Ed Bott. The book is available at a pretty good discount from several places, including Amazon.

      Bob,

I think you mean the Outlook Today Calendar. You could always just switch to Calendar and set it for one month, and then try to figure out how you can actually read the appointments. scratch I’ve always found the one-month calendar a little hard on the eyes.
Or you can set reminders to pop up for individual appointments. Open the appointment and type in how far in advance you want to be notified.
