      Here here Doc.

I used to have separate procedures but now have separate secions with up to 10 procedures in each. Much easier to manage on an intranet.

Hi again again. I have just checked the Visio help. Have you looked at this? I suggest you do a search on “Line jumps on connrctors”. This is very comprehesive and details how loops are to behave. ie on vertical. horizontal or last adedd lines etc.

    • Lee hi

Under Office XP check the File/Print/Options. Under this page there is a checkbox for Reverse print order, this may have been checked. I seem to remember when I first installed Office thayt my version did this also. No worries just a bit frustrating for traditionalists!

Probably Rose. When I was in Spain all I could order was Beer and Rosada (pronounced Rothada) and that is always served chilled. Very summery. Yum!

      Eggles hi again

OK we seem to be making some progress.

Check again that your Page Setup is as shown in the attached. ie File/Page Set Up

Re: How did you get the reply attachment as a Word doc?

Open new Word document Insert/Object then just select the *.vsd file you wish to insert. If you want the inserted flowchart to update as you change it make sure you click Link to file. PS this can cause problems if documents are being viewed over an intranet.

      Good luck

      Hi again

I have replicated your flowchart in the attached. Is it what you wanted?

I see your problem I think. The line from the Credit Note box positions itself below the YES line and the line to the Sales Box thus creating a line with double loops on it. To overcome this make sure the pointer is selected, click on the line, click on the central handle and drag the line to above the double lines. This will cause the YES line to loop over the line from the Credit Note box.

      Does this overcome your problem?

      Regards

      Brett hi

I have been using Evidence Eliminator 5.0 for the past 6 months and have found it to be very good. While it is not free, US$150, it does combine several very useful functions including a very comprehensive registry cleaner. http://www.evidence-eliminator.com/%5B/url%5D.

      Judy hi

In my limited experience if you wish to use a macro to create a new document from a template via a macro you must use the AutoNew macro to create the new document (.doc). If the AutoOpen macro is used this will open the template for editing, and if the template has Read Only set, only allow the new document to be saved as a template.

      Hi Eggles

I am running Visio 2000 but I tink it is still appllicable under hte 98 version.

Goto File/Page Setup/Layout and Routing in the Line jumps box make sure the Add Line jumps Selection is set to “Horizontal lines” and not “None”.
