AskWoody LoungerThis is the process that I followed, however, I only received a message saying that the person’s (who had opened the message) could not be recalled. I havent recevied a response about whether the other recipient (I received a out of office reply – so I assume he hasnt read it yet) was able to be recalled or not. My assumption was that since one person had opened it and I could not recall it, no one’s could be recalled. Do you know if this is correct?

AskWoody LoungerHow do I edit names on the outlook template (permanently) once I create them?
-
WSamieek
AskWoody LoungerThanks for the advice, however, when I right click on the group in the main window of the address book as you suggested, the only options I have are Properties (which brings up the window lisiting the names in the DL) and Delete. Any other ideas?

AskWoody LoungerWell, isnt that nice!

AskWoody LoungerI cant seem to find the answer you found- mind pointing me to the right post?
Thanks! -

AskWoody LoungerThats an idea I havent thought of. I generally send them to different groups of people, but it would be easy enough to create a template that mirrors each distribution list and cut and paste as necessary.
I guess if that’s the best we can do, it will work.
Thanks for your help -

AskWoody LoungerIt pulls up the distribution list that I can view, but sometimes I send e-mails on behalf of someone and he needs to check the list of recipients before it is sent. The easiest way to do this is to print the email before sending so he can check the hard copy list, which of course only lists the distribution name instead of the recipient names- unless you have a better idea for this process??

AskWoody LoungerWell- that sounds much easier than what I was trying to do. Thanks for your help

AskWoody LoungerOK- I didnt know you could do that- but, when I do that, does it dump all of my archived files back into my existing Personal Folders Structure?
