The best web site I found is http://www.payneconsulting.com where you’ll find some tips, but, even better, you’ll have a link to info about their book “Word 2000 in the Law Office.” Legal offices use bullets and numbering (esp. numbering) quite a lot.

I’d appreciate that, Andy. The only reason Outlook may not be a good choice is I am going to use the runtime of Access. But, if it will be too much, I’ll include Outlook in my quote.

Comttech Solutions http://www.comtechsolutions.com/cp_overview.htm has a payroll module written in Access. There is a demo download, but I don’t know if it reveals any code.
