Thanks, Will. You answered a lot of questions I had about tank printers. I’ve been using a HP Officejet Pro X576dw MFP for several years. The cartridges are huge, but prices have gone from originally $100 to $150 now. I change the black once a year and the colors less often.

I appreciate the info. I may switch to Epson when this one dies.

      Hi Sue,

I’ve been using the USPS Informed Delivery and the Uniball 207 pens for years. Excellent advice! Also, if you have a mailbox slot in your door or house wall a security camera can alert you a person seen, and you see the mail person delivering.

      Thank you!

Awesome articles Sue!  Thank you.  I have experienced the pain of gadgets being obsoleted too soon.  As you state that is something we just have to deal with.  A note on the video doorbells especially in older homes. Replacing the doorbell transformer can fix a lot of issues. It worked for me on a Nest battery doorbell that couldn’t charge enough to stay on or ring the charm. It is a second doorbell for my other door. The other is a Nest gen 1 hardwired doorbell. A newer lower voltage transformer handles both easily.

Thanks for keeping this going Susan and congratulations.  I started following Fred back in the old Win Mag days and then on to his email newsletter all the way up to now with you guys. I’ve learned so much and have been able to use that knowledge to help others. I really appreciate all of you! Awesome!
