This bit prompted me to look into feed readers again. It’s been a while and I am sad that there aren’t any good free options available (in my opinion). They were all kinda clunky, had ads, too expensive, etc.

I found a wee video tutorial about making a feed with Google Sheets, so I did that. Thank you for the heads up!

I would not complain at all about more nostalgia/blast from the past articles. And, wow, I really miss print computer magazines 😭

      Thank you for sharing!

Love my Ecotank ET-4850 model. My requirements were auto duplexing, beautiful color prints, and ADF. It scans well, too. I don’t use fax.  I also needed a printer that handled various Avery papers and labels well and this one didn’t disappoint.

It is not a quiet or fast print. Also the power button glows and pulses in a slow tempo — the soft, pulsing glow reaches across the hall to cast light a faint glowing light on our bedroom wall. Kinda funny and not awful but something to consider perhaps with your own set up. Easily covered.

It’s going on three years printing receipts, greeting cards, and booklets and the ink tanks are just under half full.

I was hoping that someone would weigh in about bitwarden. My LastPass subscription is coming due soon and as much as I don’t mind paying for good software, I’m finding that more and more it fails to autofill sites, both on desktop and mobile. Wondering if Bitwarden may function better.

Have you had any problems with Bitwarden autofill? It’s not a huge hassle, but I hate having to rely on copy/paste with Lastpass at times.

Wow, how timely! I was just in the process of considering the switch. Sure enough, all my Excel spreadsheets opened with Libre Office. The formatting didn’t carry over, not even borders around cells which was a little odd. Otherwise, I am relieved and pleased. So many quirks were happening with Office software and with pricing increasing while support wanes, I couldn’t justify continuing. (We really have allowed tech companies to be jerks to their customers for too long).

I have a four-year-old Android phone and have always charged overnight to 100%. Is it too late to mend my ways?

May I ask what phone? I fully expected to keep my last android longer, but the battery life was dropping at an alarming rate and I can’t easily charge when I’m out. It was an LG G6. I just bought a Pixel 4a 5G and I’m hoping to keep it for the three years that the OS is supported with updates, but if battery life tanks then my plan will fail!
