I too was happy with Aronis 2019 UNTIL I discovered that version didn’t play nice with MS Sandbox. I updated to Aronis 2021 and saw that problem in my rear view mirror.

The problem was with me!  I installed Logitech’s Setpoint software years ago.  So I had the HID-compliant and the Logitech drivers.  I kept changing the cursor speed in Windows Mouse when I should have used Setpoint which also has a speed setting.  That setting remains after re-booting.

Disk 1 is the SSD.  Disk 0 is the HD.  I won’t delete the Reserved Partition but I would like to remove the drive letter. I’m comparing the disk structures with my other machines and I note that the Reserved Partition has no drive letter on the other machines.

Is the machine behaving as I wanted? Mostly.  There are a few minor anomalies that I can live with.  I’ll be posting more questions shortly but I’m taking this restore one step at a time.  And yes, I had made a backup on the evening before the crash.
