You can try Revo Uninstaller Free and perhaps use the ‘Hunter’ module to force uninstall program remnants.
Right now they have 70% off on a 2 yr Pro license as well.

I’d be more interested in its privacy attributes, akin to Firefox or Brave.

Yeah, I too run WuMgr on two other Win10 Home laptops. Good, nice and easy tool.

On Win11 Pro laptop, just experimenting.
