    • Nevermind-just installed the enablement package and it was quick! Like a regular update, it didn’t take long and everything is okay! 🙂

Ya know we should have enablement packages for every future feature update for windows so it’s easier and less stressful for us users. :3

    • How long does it take to install the update?

    • in reply to: MS-DEFCON 4: Side effects for dual booters #2699755

Okay-I installed the updates last night and everything is normal. I didn’t touch the IV6 because I didn’t want to monkey with it and assuming IV6 has something to do with ethernal cables-I don’t use those for wifi so I am safe.

Now the only updates needed is to make sure that the lenovo updates are installed and understanding how to install the new 22H3 update this weekend for the PC so it is in tip top form.

So its okay to install the updates without disabling anything? I mean, I make sure my PC gets the updates needed, but I don’t wanna change anything that might cause it to go awire.

Same here. I don’t wanna do something wrong and I might end up disability wi-fi on my windows.

Maybe I should just install the updates and double-check on the IPV6 thing. I mean, I am not tech savy on the complicated process parts.

Okay so Cumulative Update and .Net updates say Defer. Are they safe to install or is it 50/50 chance of what might happen if you install em’ if their defer? So is it yes or no on installing em?

    • Alright-Been working well to hide and install updates. :3 Nice for wushowhide to have a backup to help hide those pesky updates.

    • Okay-I figured it out. It was quite easy. I’ll test it when I have to install an update, but I tested it out after following the steps and it is very easy.

    • Excuse me-what about for windows 11? Lately, my wushowhide didn’t detect the july updates for the month and today the july updates forced themselves onto my pc without my permission.

Is the WUShowhide expired or not working anymore and is there an easier and efficient program I can use like that one to hide updates I don’t want?

    • Guys-We got an emergency. THe WUShowhide isn’t hiding windows update updates anymore. Is there a new version that’ll help combat the windows update updates to hide em?

    • in reply to: Time for 23H2 #2666286

Well, anyway-I’ll check windows update tonight and see if the system update is there and install it. This way I got the jump on it before it gets to me like that one time which was quite a mess.

Once I install the system app, I’ll disable the copilot following a “how to disable copilot” I found on the web. 🙂 And then learn of its new features and go about my business. It might take another long night like I did with the updates last night, but it’ll be worth it that my PC will be up to date. 😀

I just gotta remember to extend the warranty in August/September for smart performance and other stuff on lenovo.

Okay I updated my computer with the April updates and a few others even that april preview which turned out okay.

So if I wanted to upgrade to 23H2-Do I scan for the update and make sure to have the find latest updates button on to do so? I even saved my stuff on the USB drives in case anything were to happen.

Oh. Well, my Lenovo  has an Intel Core. So since its intel, its safe to install right?

For the cumulative update for march 12th: Why does it say Install if not AMD? What does that mean? Is it safe to install or not?
