Thanks for the reminders to stay vigilante, we try anyway.

Just a question, have you or any of the writers ever done an article comparing Login.gov vs Id.Me?  We rarely have a choice between these two, but wondering if either is really better.

Thanks for all the tips, we have been doing most already but I’ll have to check into the debit card story with my bank.
Have packages signed for: It’s been my experience that recently postal workers and Fedex drivers are content with signing for my designated signature only deliveries.
Go figure, is the world really in such a hurry.
Another thing I have done is create an IRS account, I figured it was better for me before a hacker tried. I understand it helps with those early fraudulent 1040’s filed against your ssn.

I need to follow up and get the special one of pin for my future filings with IRS.

      Thanks for the articles.

Agreed with WSDKS01, I was a BellSouth Tech and carried plenty of wasp spray.

Our boxes on the side of houses were pretty well sealed unless damaged, so I hardly saw wasp nest in them.

For some reason our local cable company, (too many name to mention), boxes had large outlets opened in the back just like your photo, Crazy..

Thanks for all the post’s, very helpful.

Thanks PL1, you just jogged my memory to do my annual search and purchase Quicken Premier.

Your site had premier for 42 after using all the discounts and I went directly to New Egg for the same price where I already have an account.

      Ye Ha

      I feel your Pain:
Been a Quicken user it seems forever. My function is investing, so the updates to stock prices are very important to me. When they went subscription I also rebelled then came back quickly. After finding no decent competitor in this field is surprising. I am not a fan of cloud based financial programs and do not use the cloud access of Quicken.
Years ago there was Microsoft Money as the main competitor, I would love to see them back in the business (i think).
Just my FYI, I annually purchase my quicken version from BestBuy, Office Depot or any other online retailer having a sale. I only need that code to update my existing version, no need to reinstall on PC.
      Can you say MONOPOLY?

      For Michael432

I’ve been using the Peplink Surf for a few years now, since following your router security site. Works great with the ATT fiber Gateway.

Love the Vlan feature. My only complaint is their built in wifi is a little weak in coverage. I am about to add a pair of wired wifi access points, not sure of brand yet. This will also ugrade my house to wifi6.

Sorry for the shameless promotion, but keep up the good advice on security.
