You mentioned you have two anti virus programs.  Maybe you got to disable one of them. Though it might  not have anything to do with it.

Scan couldn’t complete.   Could be this.

If scans are taking too long or appear to be progressing very slowly, consider the following solutions:

Microsoft Defender Antivirus requires disk space to remove and quarantine malware files. It might be prevented from completely removing a threat if there isn’t enough available space on your PC, particularly on your system drive (usually drive C). See the following to help free up space:

• Tips to free up drive space on your PC (Windows 8.1)

After you’ve freed up some space, update and then run a scan again.

Full scans can take a long time if you have a large disk with lots of files. Large files, especially archives such as ZIP files, take longer to scan.

Scanning takes system resources like processor and memory. If you have other programs running they may be creating a bit of a traffic jam that can slow down the malware scan, even if you’re not actively using them. Try closing any unnecessary apps while you run the scan.

I don’t pay. I use the ADWcleaner for free.   It’s sufficient.  Defender for my antivirus.

It’s quarantined you shouldn’t have to do anything.  If you want to know what it’s about just type in RiskWare.IFEOhijack in your search engine.

China has a huge  supply of either under paid or no pay  workers.    With “just in time ” manufacturing  when a robot breaks down it causes a back up and  causes problems with the supply chain.

Rite-Aid is closing stores left and right lately.

I have Firefox and use uBlock  Origin plus Popup Blocker Ultimate some times if uBlock doesn’t work.

An example of TikToc abuse is the Great Valley Middle  School   teachers who were  socially attacked online  by a number of students with multiple TikToc accounts which wreaked  havoc in the community and school.  Great Valley Middle school is in Malvern, Pa.

Check with your home owners and auto insurance companies. Most of them offer it. When you bundle they give you a discount in most cases. I have Nationwide Insurance ID theft coverage for $45 but I also have my home and truck insured with them.

Since Microsoft already put out their pricing for the 2025 W10 continued security updates here are the prices per unit for Microsoft and 0 patch. Microsoft $61 first year, $122 second year, $244 for the third year. Microsoft quotes from Windows Central. 0 Patch micro-patches $24.95 per unit each year for 5 years. Both probably will have pricing for businesses when it gets closer to EOl.

I use Perplexity AI.  It uses several platforms for their search. I don’t need to up grade.

I use Google’s    “results about you”.   It gets rid of  some of your  information like your posted phone number etc.  It doesn’t get rid of everything but every bit helps.
