Computer Engineer, BSEE, retired. Since 1980 I've been a member of many teams, who over time, together used, designed, built, installed, maintained, administered and programmed the whole gamut of interconnected computers and peripherals to get a job done. Micro and macro scale, from gold bond wires and reel-reel 1/2 inch mag tape, PLAs & microcode on ICs to assembly code (68000, IA, x86), Basic, Fortran, C, C++, C#, J#, Pascal, Java and JavaScript; I've coded and lived on X-Windows & Motif on HPUX; DomainOS & Apollo; Commodore 64; Amiga OS; Windows 95, NT, 2000, XP, 7, 10 and also 11.
