If you wish to stay with Windows 10 beyond Oct 2025, and concerned about security, you can subscribe to extended support for security updates. Microsoft charge extra fees, but it may still be good option.

The built-in Taskbar in Windows 11 does not have that feature. In the order version of Windows, it was possible to keep separate list of Icons in quick launch toolbar. For windows 11, we have to consider workaround like adding 3rd party programs or apps from app store.
