• Zoom will not Launch

    It worked on Tuesday, not on Sunday.ย  I have uninstalled it, rebooted, reinstalled it. and repeated that twice.ย  Still Zoom will not launch.ย  It works fine on my laptop.

    Zoom support is “improvable” to say the least.

      Have you checked the Application Event Log or the System Reliability Monitor?

        At my workplace we have now seen this issue 3 times and have not found a solution. When we have checked logs there is nothing there. It is as though you click on zoom and nothing runs at all. Nothing pops into task manager details, no logs of even attempting a program start or crash. So far the only fix we have found is to replace the device with one that has a fresh install of zoom, but trying to uninstall and reinstall on the effected device does nothing to help the situation. All three have had this issue pop up in the last week.

      The Zoom log may be at C:\users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\Zoom\bin\Zoom.ย  File name is installer.txt.ย  The installer seems to be referencing C:\jenkins\ which does not exist on my PC.ย  I downloaded the Zoom installer directly from Zoom.us but something seems wrong.
